The reward varies; in this case, the winner will receive tickets to the MRO Europe event, a leading industry event. The runner-up will be allowed to devote his or her time on their innovation project. Every contributor has an amount of "Innovation Credits". All contributors earn Innovation Credits for proposing new ideas or working on groundbreaking projects.
